Children’s Liturgy of the Word

This aspect of religious education encompasses children from age 4 to 8. This program is offered at both the 8 a.m. and 10:30 Mass.

Before the 1st Reading, the children are called forward for a dismissal prayer and then leave the church to meet with a couple of adults to listen and discuss the Readings from the Children’s Lectionary. The children return to Mass at Offertory.
